Hi seeking a lawyer, or just someone very well educated on tenant rights in the state of Massachusetts.

In laymen’s terms, I am 20 something moving on my own and have a worried parents who doesn’t want to be fucked over by the law, so trying to find someone who open to answer any questions they may have and to help us make a good decision.

Hi, I am 20F moving to Boston. As much as I am excited I am a bit cautious because I’ve never lived anywhere cold, let alone seen snow in my life. I am wondering what are some precautions I can take to be prepared for winter or at least things I should know. I am planning on moving somewhere that has transportation into Cambridge (where I’ll be working) because I do not want to bring my car. So im curious if winter storms impact public transportation and basic logistics like that. What are the worst months? Do markets close when it snows heavy? Do business cease during a winter storm? I just have no idea what to expect. I recently found out I may need to buy a shovel (?)

Hi I’m an entry level, recent graduate and I have the opportunity to reach to last round of several companies. But I always seem to bomb the last interview. I keep analyzing but it’s really hard to know what you do wrong when you ask for feedback and companies are unable to tell me.

I was always told to be myself during interviews, and I think I come across as a very excited individual. But that doesn’t seem to work out when applying for full time as well as it did for internships. I think my main problems would be lack of brevity and also I just never know what to answer when I get asked expected salary since I am applying to jobs in different cities and honestly I’m an entry level, I don’

I started going to my therapist back in May and I feel like she isn’t that helpful. During sessions as I’m venting sentiments she asks me why do I feel that way. I understand it isn’t logical often times my feelings but when she starts asking me “why” it just makes me mad and closes me off more, and spending most of the session crying because I know I don’t have a solid why and I know that and I hate that I have no control.

What’s more frustrating to me that this is the 2nd therapists I’ve had in the last year. I don’t want be jumping around and liked my last therapist but she told my parents in manipulative and I felt kind of sad that because I just want a therapist to be honest with me an

Niche Paralegal Areas?

Future Paralegal

Hello, I am a graduating comp sci student and i have been thinking of pursuing paralegal certification.

I love to write, research, work with people. Aspects that I think align with what a paralegal does on a day-to-day basis I assume. I also I am interested in privacy law and wondering about if there such thing as data privacy or compliance paralegals.

Would love to hear opinions if I should even pursue paralegal certification and the existence of niche field for paralegals.

I would also love to connect to anyone who perhaps does IP Paralegal, and learn about what you do on a day-to-day basis. (I’m indecisive on what areas, I know they are all different)

Hello! I’m currently seeking a job (as many) and I’m always urged to reach out to people, send cold DMs or emails.

My question is HOW

Like I have reached out to recruiters sending my resume and being like “I think I’m a fit for this position.” But it hasn’t really helped…

Recently I applied to this job at a small firm on LinkedIn (Entry Level) and the CEO luckily connected back with me (as well as another Analyst at the company).

Now my question what would you do here? Do I connect with analyst and tell them about my interest in a position or the CEO. Moreso what are ways I can make sure that my come reach out is successful.

I’ve had a couple internships, that are 10 weeks. Most have been remote but I’m doing my first on site internship. I just work, I try to share some quality time with my team, but it feel when I try to ask questions like “how was your weekend?” It’s so one side and they don’t ask me anything. I can’t tell if they even like me or not. I can’t go days without them greeting me or talking to them. But my main question is how do I work in a corporate environment, or at least get semi close to my team. I don’t expect to make friends, but I feel like if I spend 40 hours of my week somewhere I shouldn’t feel like an outsider. Any advice? Is this how corporate America is? How can I be socially success

I’m currently interning at a Fortune 500 company this fall, and I’ve done two other internships before this at another Fortune 500. Unfortunately, I ran into a compliance issue at my last internship (nothing major but it was last minute credit card fraud thing that ended up being resolved two months after my internship). Because of that, I’m now unsure about my post-grad job prospects there.

At my current internship, I can’t tell if my team even likes me or wants me to stay. I’ve tried asking about a potential extension or full-time conversion, but they give corporate-friendly non-answers, which I assume means “no.” I’ve tried setting up one on ones, my main manger said I am coachable but I
