The first thing I found to give a try was this:

https://huggingface.co/joeygambino/MiniMax-H3-Multishot-Workflow

It took me a while to get it working, and, even once I got it to run, it was incredibly slow -- it took 140 minutes to render a mere 29 seconds of video using my RTX 3090. (Thankfully I'll have a 5090 in a few days.)

I simply ran the demo as-is, apart from the small changes I made to get the workflow running. I remain confused about how I'd use this workflow, and use it in an efficient way, to make clips that might run, say, 1-3 minutes.

I'm hoping I can find out how to use the above workflow better, or find a

I've just gotten MiniMax H3 working... by reinstalling ComfyUI for what I'd guess is about the sixth time. I don't know what I'd doing wrong, but I keep running into problems where new custom nodes won't install, or workflows crash with errors I have a hard time figuring out and working around. Reinstalling ComfyUI quickly becomes the easiest, fastest solution.

Is this just me? My last major grief was trying to get LTX 2.3 working after having done most of my previous work with Wan 2.2.

I'm trying to do face/body swap with the workflow found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/StableDiffusion/comments/1of9jk4/wan_animate_tutorial_workflow_for_full_character/

The problem is I have two characters in my video, and I only want one of them changed.

The only inputs to the workflow are the video to be processed, a single image of the replacement face/body to be used, and a text prompt.

The only mechanism I can see for trying to do focus the replacement to only one of the two characters is my prompt wording. I tried wording like this:

Replace the blonde woman

I have no problem with my lights going from high to low when needed for oncoming traffic or a car in front of me.

I have a problem, however, with the lights automatically switching from low to high as often and as quickly as they should. Too much of the time when it's dark, there's no other traffic nearby, no streetlights, and I'm driving relatively fast... my headlights stay at low beams.

I have to either settle for less light than I want, or I have to manually turn on the high beams — which of course means having to remember to shut them off for oncoming traffic, something I'm long out of the habit of doing since I've had good, effective automatic headlights for many years, with at lea

I can't find anything that looks like either of these displays:

I can find where to set up the tire pressure sensors, but nothing displaying current pressures, either in the car or in the Subaru app on my phone.

Could this mean the sensors in my tires never got registered? I'm tempted to go through the process for registering new sensors, but I don't want to screw things up mistake.

I'm loving my new Uncharted so far (okay, "so far" is only two days), but I went with the boring black exterior of an available car on the lot. I'm not fond of that color. None of the other available color options, however, really grabbed me either. I might have gone for Metropolis Gray Metallic if I was considering that to be the forever color.

I'm seriously considering getting a wrap. And black is a great under-color for wrapping. I've only talked to one place so far for a rough estimate, and they're ballparking me something a little under US $3000.

Knowing full well (and not really needing to hear about it!) that some of you might passionately hate some or all of these colors, these are

Maybe it's just that the default settings Ostris AI Toolkit provides when I select LTX-2 as the target that I'm training for. I unfortunately don't know enough about what all the settings mean to make intelligent changes to them.

Right off the bat, the pre-training sample images were very messed up. While, of course, I wouldn't expect those images to look anything like my character yet, they at least should look like normal generic human beings. They did not.

Rather than repeat everything that's in the intro to my campaign, I'll let a link to the campaign do most of the work:

Even though I'm not out of the woods yet, and my free speech is not restored, I did finally get some vindication in court recently.

The story I published online, and was forced to take down, is in no way, shape or form "stalking". But that verdict only gets me out of trouble in criminal court. The civil court system will still happily send me right back into criminal court again. This time, instead of going after

I think I ready somewhere that, if you go through an API rather than using their browser interface, atlascloud.ai perhaps offers unfettered access to Wan 2.6, but I couldn't verify that.

I've been doing what I can with Wan 2.2 using it locally via ComfyUI, but the limitations and poor prompt adherence compared to 2.6 are driving me nuts.

I want to explore themes that can be a bit rough, even gory. It's much easier to find loose sex-related restrictions that loose violence restrictions.

I've tried two different workflows for generating video for a given first frame and last frame image. The first I tried was creating videos that ran about three times slower (and longer) than expected. The one here "only" tends to double the time I'm expecting.

It's not creating video with a too-low frame rate. It's generating more frames than I've asked for at the requested frame rate, becoming slo-mo that way.
