I just downloaded the game after, I dunno, years of not playing...when did this game come out again? Anyway I played from launch up until the second year or so (I remember lift battles being introduced, to give an idea of the timeline) and got a bit bored from all the powercreep.

Anyway I just downloaded the game again to see what's going on and revived my old account, still have all my heroes, and I looked at the free summons that I apparently am still entitled to.

And the first thing that greets me is a full on PAGE of text filling the entirety of my phone screen, on the axe of Alfonse Heir to Openness. I literally just started laughing out loud, the powercreep just kept going apparently

I'm looking at my character stats (legacy character, maybe that matters) and my mana spent gained as ward is displayed as 60% (72%)

That's a very low cap, considering many items (such as the Strands of Souls) give significantly more than that 60%

This is my first character, I'm level 81 now, spellblade, running the first few level 90 monoliths with no problem, bosses go down without much trouble, even if I get hit a few times (except long charge up AOE's of course, but those you should just move out of the way).

except tier 2 alfrig wolfmaw keeps oneshotting me with his swipe. Not sure how. I have like 130% physical resistance so even if my res gets shredded I should be comfortably at 75, I have quite a bit of ward generation. I also try to keep Fire Ward up as much as I can, with the 40% less damage skilled in.

Is alfrig just reallly overtuned? Tier 2 arena should be level 70, why does alfrig hit so insanely hard?

Dear Devs,

I have a small yet impactful suggestion for the Loot Filter.

When pressing the button to start editing the name for a filter rule, please focus the cursor on the text box on that button press, instead of me having to click the textbox to place the cursor for typing there.

I have up to now lost my edits to custom rules several times, because, after editing the rule to my liking and clicking the edit name button, I immediately started typing. however, because the cursor is not focused on the textbox, my typing instead opens and closes all kinds of menus, causing me to lose my edits to the rule.

This is frustrating and somewhat counterintuitive. Please add this small QOL feature

I just found out, suddenly, that Andreja hates my guts, after trying to get her to like me for hours of gameplay. I went digging through my saves and it goes back quite a way and she never said anything!

At one point, I murdered an outpost full of crimson fleet pirates that were initially not hostile to me as I'm in the middle of the crimson fleet questline (doing it the US Sysdef way). That gave me a huge bounty with the crimson fleet, which makes sense, but it apparently also ruined Andreja's opinion of me.

Which is fucking weird because, while these pirates were non-hostile, they were just casually strolling through the blood of freshly murdered scientists. At which point I thought: a

I'm getting started on outpost building, and maybe I'm way too early with this (I am 20 hours in and still only mucking around in Alpha Centauri, I've surveyed nearly everything though), but dear god bethesda WHY is storage so cumbersome

It's rather easy to build a ship with over 1000kg storage space. My character hauls around 160 now. Why, then do containers for resources only come in 150kg unit variants?! Why does a giant 8 cubic metre container hold less stuff than I can carry on my person by now! Why do I need a wall of 20 containers to store just the stuff I have gathered over 20 hours of gameplay?

Not to mention shifting all of that stuff around! Once it's in those containers, there'

Watching my Starfield download unpack in Steam, I suddenly wonder why it's not as fast as the specifications on my disk say.

I have a Kingston A2000 1 TB in the M2 slot on my motherboard. That card specifies a maximum read speed of 2200 MB/s and a maximum write speed of 2000 MB/s. (and yes, MB, not Mb, so bytes, not bits).

But the unpack in Steam never gets any faster than about 200 MB/s. Looking at my disk performance in Task Manager confirms this.

Is this to be expected? Or do I have something configured wrong somewhere and is my disk not being used to its full potential?

Spoilers for azata path below.

I finally beat the final fight at the end of where's my dragon, without meta-questing and killing all slavers individually ahead of time, on Core difficulty.

This took me some preparation and learning how some spells work. This is my first playthrough and while I'm generally competent at character building I'm not super familiar with pathfinder 1e so this is far from fully optimized. It goes without saying that I had many relevant buffs active at start of the fight.

What eventually saved my bacon was blade barrier. I died mostly because I couldn't keep sarzaksys off of me for long enough. He is absolutely murderous in melee and I only got Sheela up to 46

Has anyone made a mod yet that adds the currently unavailable marble pieces to the build list, most notably the marble spiral stairs that can be found in the infested mine entryways?

I'd do it myself but I'd have to teach myself C# first and that will take a while.

I'm looking into buying a new desktop case, new CPU fan and additional case fans because my current components run a little hot, and the fans are very loud, consequently. I also want to get a new PSU with full modularity because my current non-modular PSU clutters the case a lot.

What I'm unsure about is which case to get.

I'm wondering what would be best for getting the sound of my system down: should I increase the air flow (and select a very open case, currently looking at the Lian Li O11 Air mini) or instead insulate the case (for example with a be quiet! Pure Base 500)?

what case will generally give me the most silent system?

If it matters to anyone, I'm currently using the follow

Is anyone familiar with the following issue?

My left earpad has developed a crackle in the active noise cancelling. It is there regardless of bluetooth connection, wired connection, or music that is being played. The right earpad is fine, no crackle. It's only in the left one.

The crackle is rather inconsistent but it's most notable with heavy sounds and pressure changes, like being near a slamming door, inside of a riding train, etc. I also hear it sometimes due to movement of the headphone when I'm walking. It is a distortion of cancelled sound, if it's quiet around me and I'm sitting still there is no crackle.

I already sent it back once under warranty via the retailer but I got it ba
