Hey there, So I grew up only with one parent who was an abusive alcoholic. He went sober and met his new wife with the same problem, they're happy and sober now for a year or so. I see it's possible and how much of a good change it is.

But this is about me, I've been drinking since 16, never thought it was a problem. But I started going to the bar a bit more lately, alcohol is probably making my body worse. I feel more tired and sick, it's definitely adding to my clinical depression. Most of the bad things I did were while I was drunk. I took a bit of introspection and realised that like 95% of my self loathing comes from alcohol. I didn't do anything terrible, not even out of the normal,

Is it too early to play yet?

:Tool_Pickaxe_Cobalt: Gameplay Question

Hello, I really love the looks of hytale and am looking forward to it. But, when I play Minecraft, I always play the new update and then drop the game, I wouldn't like to get hytale just to wait for updates and would love to play it as a complete experience first. I don't have any "spoilers" for the game, so I'm asking, is it playable and fun as a somehow of a complete game, or is it so early in the development that it's more like testing and playing around for now?

(I'm not looking for a completely finished experience, I'm asking if it's really buggy and if you can really notice fundamental stuff missing or being just placeholders, like if it's more of a Minecraft 1.0 or very early access

TW: suicide, but it's all in the past now

Hey, Last year was crazy.

Some bad shit happened, almost ended up homeless before finishing college.

A year ago I started processing my trauma (bad childhood, hard abuse, alcoholic parent, sexual), and right then when I finally got vulnerable I got broken up with and the alcoholic shit in family climaxed, guys we all nearly died because of it. I genuinely knew that I was done for, because I had nowhere to go and it was worse every day, no light at the end of the tunnel. A lot more trauma got dumped on me. I was doing pretty bad, but still decided to give support, sometimes in ugly ways that I hated. But I got the parent into a rehab and it seeme

Hey there, I'm 21, been smoking around 30 a day since 16, plus some 50mg nicopods, like ten a day. I quit with cytisine 40 days ago, threw away the cytisine 20 days ago. Not smoking is not difficult to me, I go to a pub once a week where people around me smoke and I don't mind. Sure, I have the taste for it, but it's disgusting now, and wanting it is even more disgusting. I'm firm on my stance that smoking is not worth it, I don't want to have to quit again, I don't want to lose that money again, I don't want it to always be on my mind, I don't want to feel like shit again. Just not worth it, don't even want it. I've been quitting every 14 days for the past 2 years but never lasted more than

I used to be okay, but I lost control completely. I'm 20, soon to be 21 in February. I got diagnosed with depression now, but I remember having that "feeling" way back in kindergarten, it's one of my few memories since I have years long memory gaps because of a traumatic upbringing. I'm supposed to be finishing school next year, but I don't know if I have the finals in me, I need to study, but I don't have the energy to do it.

Lately, I've deiven everyone away, I became angry, irritable, uninterested in everything and I started to believe that everyone hates me and that I'm just a waste of resources. I started having some disciplinary problems at school, nothing big, rudeness and audacity

Hey there, I'm 19m

My problem is that I absolutely can not tell if people around me love me, or hate my guts. It's like, if we're acquaintances I don't know if you like me or not, and if we're friends or you start expressing that you like me maybe more than that, then I'm still gonna be doubtful if my presence doesn't secretly annoy you.

I have a nice social circle as I'm high functioning thanks to early therapy, but I'm still depressed and didn't have a good childhood with a stable home so may it be linked to that? Do you have any experience with that?

Hey there, If you've been to the show, do you maybe have a pic of a size chart of the black gloves with Lucifer logos they're selling? I want to buy them on the show but I have no idea how gloves are measured or what size I have.

Any help or advice appreciated!

I contacted the page twice regarding GDPR and no response, report did not take it down

I attended a show in February and posted some pics which were reposted online, I don't mind it . A video from a local micro influencer who spinelessly begs in a whiny voice for a photo was posted on this page under my name, I despise that behaviour and I find the video being posted with my name unacceptable not only because the author (who is not me) is a sex offender with some more disgusting stuff on top.

Could you please at least REMOVE MY NAME FROM THE VIDEO I DID NOT FILM OR PROMOTE? I'm trying to get it down for 6 months already, I don't wish to be associated with that man in any way.

The video:

So, I've got diagnosed with adjustment disorder this week. First problem is that it's supposed to last like 6 months, I've got the symptoms for 15 or 16 years now and it's only been getting worse. Second problem is that I would call the symptoms of an adjustment disorder "a good day/mood" I kinda feel unseen/unable to express myself because that massively underestimates the symptoms which I'm afraid are going to get life threatening in the foreseeable future. From what I've understood it's like a lighter ptsd or something so maybe if it stacks I could just have many stacks of that disorder over the years and the effects add up?

So basically, I'm 19. I'm smart enough to go to uni but I don't think I'd make it through the mental pressure school puts on you, I'd rather work full time. But the jobs you get without uni aren't really paid well here and I'd just have to listen what a waste of potential I am. Don't have a girlfriend because it's too volatile for me, I'd rather have stability which can't be achieved as long as you involve another person this much in your life. The only thing I want is go breathe out for some time, I just want peace and calmness. I don't want a hugh paying stressful job, I just want to have enough. Enough to feed myself, live in a small flat and be able to spend a little on hobbies or set so

Hey, I've been unwell for a very long time now, since childhood. I did my research about what might be wrong and I aligned a lot with heavy depression, cptsd and mostly bpd. Now I don't want to self diagnose even tho I'm pretty sure so I made an appointment with a professional, how to bring it up? What to say about it? I'm really anxious because I have no idea what to expect. Can you maybe give me some experiences or how to bring it up? Some tips maybe for talking to psychiatrist because I really don't know, just to help me ground down a little. I don't want to waste this chance, I'm also a little afraid of the meds
