Is there a known bug with door pump systems? Been playing with them today and without fail when offscreen I am seeing gas deleted when at high pressure.

An odd thought on single payer healthcare...
7.3% is the percent of the pop is vets.
I think being willing to die for everyone else's freedom earns being taken care of health wise for life. Especially since all kinds of health problems crop up later.
I think their spouses deserve a benefit too for their risk, too. That's 15% ish. And little billy and Martha risked being naked without parental protection in a dangerous world for national defense is a huge sacrifice from a child and parent. We could value that. (Average 2 kids), that's about 30%.
Medicare and Medicaid is already about 35% of the population.
That's very roughly 65% universal coverage right there.
Is the remaining 35%
I'm a blue collar sort of guy looking to optimize my income. Is there a calculation or calculator available to pinpoint the exact level of pre-tax that is optimal in any given situation?
Specifically I'm looking to start input into a pre-tax flex type account for childcare related expenses. It seems to me there is a specific level where this would constitute "free money" in that I'll be spending money I would otherwise spend anyway that would be going straight to tax.
Is my understanding of this correct? How would I calculate that point if so?
So I'm having a huge issue with a rescue pit mix that was supposed to be well socialized but clearly isn't. He's smart and an all around great dog...until we get him outside. He's extremely aggressive with people and especially other dogs. First meeting with my dog at my kid's house went so poorly my baby mama won't even let him back.
Problem is his behavior is so extreme it severely curtails walks (making the problem worse because I can't exercise him correctly) and I'm reasonably certain my landlord is zeroing in on me for targeting.
I'm at my wit's end here. He was literally one day from the kill shelter when I got him. I'm 100% positive he wasn't being fought or even overtly abused at
Quick and dirty question that I can't seem to find the answer to even though it may be obvious.
Factor calories burned in exercise into your daily I/O or not? If maintenance is 2400 and I'm doing 550cal of cardio on rest days am I doing 2400*.70 + 550 in intake, or just not factoring it in at all. Calories seem low if I don't account for burned calories in exercise.
Thanks for the help.
1 avocado 1 tablespoon sour cream 1 tablespoon torani sugar free syrup (I use chocolate or smores) 1 tablespoon MCT oil (very unnecessary. I add for the kick in energy. No taste I can notice)
For those of you who, like me, cannot cook worth a damn. This tastes EXACTLY like chocolate pudding. If you're having a sweet tooth issue, fat intake deficiencies, and/or think maybe you need to bump your fiber intake this works and anyone can do it in like 2 minutes.
Breakfast
3 egg omelet with 1 Oz grassfed cheese, coconut oil as a cooking oil 5 strips bacon "bulletproof" style coffee w/ 1 tbsp chia seeds added Ketchup, now transitioning to low carb ketchup 1 cup broth
Lunch
1 cup kale 1 cup spinach 2 tbsp ranch "bulletproof" style coffee w/ 1 tbsp chia seeds added 3-6 oz of some meat 1 cup broth
Dinner
1 cup green veg like broccoli or green beans 3-6 oz of meat subject to protein needs for the day
Suggestions welcome.
I'm plugging along quite well on keto, probably 18 lbs down at this point a month and a half in or so. I have one problem though, I seem to be quite short on protein in my macro distribution and I'm not sure how plug that hole since I'm eating as much as I'm hungry. I'm even forcing myself to eat a bit since I find now I'm not all that hungry at lunch.
Anyone have experience using protein powder to fix a problem like this? Any reason why it would be a bad choice assuming I'm generally pretty far under 25g on carbs?
Have there been any studies to determine the effect of ketones lost during urination? Under most circumstances your body will do it's level best to keep the product of carbohydrate breakdown out of urine (glucose), but as we all know with ketosticks when you go into deep ketosis most of us are peeing out a lot of the product of fat breakdown.
Is this a statistically significant amount? Have there been studies?
What, if any, are the nutritional and caloric effects of the body having to replace plasma which is donated beyond the obvious fluid replacement? A short search indicates that there are lots of proteins, glucose, etc that would be lost with the fluid. How much energy does the body burn replacing that?
Well, I finally did it. I knocked over my first home built gaming PC and the CPU fan has broken free. Everything still works, but I'm assuming I'm going to have to at least replace that fan since there is no way to remount it.
My question is with this process is it possible to just migrate all of my components into a server chassis that is made of sturdier stuff? Are they machined for completely different motherboards or should the standard one I have fit appropriately? Any hidden issues a relative novice might not think of? Suggestions on models?
I move this computer around A LOT.
Ladies and Gents, I'm a paramedic and just ran a guy into the ER that I'm about 50/50 on him having nicotine poisoning. Was mixing juice earlier.
Be careful of what you're doing everyone and stay safe.
While I'm waiting on a callback I figured I would throw this out to the community and get some opinions.
We're going through evicting a tenant (through a management firm) and on a whim today my wife googled the property. It's listed as for sale with an up to date listing.
We have obviously not authorized any such action.
Is there an angle here I'm unaware of? They wouldn't pass a title check even if it was some malicious attempt to sell, right?
As I said we're waiting on return calls, but opinions never hurt.
