What up everyone? I'm going to make one of these every so often, where I basically ask for some feedback. This one is the definitive problem we have: Awards giveouts.

So if you've been in SWCT since day 1, you might have seen an Award pop-up from time to time that you didn't open. You also didn't know that you received that award, the corresponding credits, or any card that came with it.

Most of the time, you'll see that you have an award to open and then go open it. The container opens, you see the cool animation, etc. It happens like this the first time you open the app, so it's kind of the expected flow.

Also since day 1, I've had to give 99% of awards out manually when I have the time

Hey everyone. So after the Trade Federation dropped on Sunday, I/we figured it would be a great idea to check back in and answer whatever questions I could and try to help Fans understand a little more about how things work here.

I know it's been a rough week for some in the #SWCT community, and been a rougher week on us behind the scenes. My reaction to the backlash was, yes, to run and hide for a while, because it sucked to feel like the Star Wars community I've called myself a part of since I was a kid was telling me "SEAT'S TAKEN."

So here I am, and you can ask me anything at all. As long as it's civil, I'll answer the best I can. Obviously some things related to both Star Wars and Topps are no-fly zones for now, but with those, I'll still be as open as I can.

So today was the first Hoth award giveout, the Creatures. No award card, but don't trade them away yet.

Each sub-set of Hoth has its own award, only two of the three have award cards for this first set unfortunately. Both Vehicles and Combatants have an Award card which will be given in the same way: matching parallels. The award card you receive will then be from the same parallel.

As well as the sub-set awards, tomorrow we'll set a date for the total Hoth award. This will be given out for having all 8 Hoth cards of matching parallels at that date/time. Have EVERY SINGLE HOTH CARD? You'll get every single "big" award.
