Fasting glucose after 4 days of keto https://imgur.com/a/p5wAfbU

Last weekend I found out I was prediabetic. I had an unquenchable thirst. I was peeing like a race horse. I had zero energy. I couldn't think clearly due to the brain fog. Things were looking bad. Diabetes runs in my family, type 1 and 2, so I decided to get a glucometer and check my fasting blood glucose... well shit.

Fast forward 4 days on the keto diet and my fasting blood glucose has dropped from 136 to 80. I have lost about 7 lbs. I have a splitting headache from sugar withdrawal. And I am still pissing like a race horse, but for different reasons.

I feel like I just dodged a bullet.

In Dany's vision at the tower of the undying, there is a big giant hole in the roof of the throne room and it is covered in snow. Do you think it is possible that Cersei would willingingly be converted to being an Other, effectively becoming the Night Queen? The dream could have many meanings, but I find it interesting that she has surrounded herself with the undead mountain and qyburn. I feel like this will be her fate and it has been foreshadowed. This also has interesting implications for Jaimie's arc.

What do you think?

RTFT.

Thoughts? There are a lot of champs with similar play styles to master yi--they are fundamentally on-hit champs--and most of them have some ability that applies on-hit effects. I think it would be nice to have Alpha Strike apply Bloodrazor and Bork procs when landed. That would give Yi a bit more burst to facilitate resets in team fights and also allow him to duel more effectively.

What do you all think? Would that make him overpowered? Or would this change be healthy?

This is more of a musing than anything else, but I find it really interesting that the Faceless Men worship the Stranger - The God of Death. "The Stranger" is also a book written by Albert Camus and describes the path of the existential hero who finds their identity through the struggles of life, death, and dealing with the absurd. In the end, the existential hero is a person who finds their own purpose by accepting the absolute freedom of the individual.

Here is a Camus quote, a quote that someone mentioned on this sub over a year ago, that I find to be even more interesting:

In the depth of winter, I finally learned that within me there lay an invincible summer. - Albert
