So the notion here is a floating button, such that in that all-too-common scenario where a survey fails to provide a completion code, all the worker needs to do is click the button to get on with their life.
What happens is the script will screencap the browser tab, upload the image to a service (e.g., imgur), then open an email to the requester and paste in a link to the image into a stock template politely notifying the requester of the failure, alongside the timestamp+timezone for completion of the task and the worker's ID number.
