is it just me, or has the city really dropped the ball with the snow removal so far this year?.. december we barely had anything, now it snows a decent amount and it's like they aren't doing anything other than pushing it to the side.. i remember them doing a lot better last year.. they're barely clearing the sidewalks.. they just push the snow from the road to the side and leave it there for, and are only just now starting to come pick it up after it's been a whole week with huge piles everywhere.. i'm not even talking about small streets, i'm talking about major boulevards: concorde/notre-damme/samson/laurentides/st-martin/etc... just venting but to me they did a totally ass job, just wond

this question is bugging me. i ask because i wonder: what is the relationship that hedera has with exchanges such as binance? the evidence suggests that binance engages in fraud, probably criminal; they purposely skirt all regulation they can - which is the opposite of how hedera seems to operate. for example hedera is registered in USA, is onshore - binance, who knows which offshore country they actually operate from (okay apples and oranges, on is an exchange one is DLT, but bear with me).

My rank right now is Nova 2. Highest I've been was MG2, but I lost that rank. Been playing CS for at least 10 years now. I think I'm a pretty good player, I play with a lot of shitty people though. I do have some decent people on my friends list, but looking to add more good players with good communication. I have really bad luck solo queueing, often end up with a griefer or someone who should stick to casual. Looking for better players to play competitive with. I'm in Montreal, so east coast.
