Has anyone found any visual indicator of whether or not "full Windows" is running? It's not the end of the world to just reboot before playing a game, but it would be nice to know whether it is running or not without having to remember whether or not you rebooted since the last time you entered Windows (and also would be a nice confidence booster that nothing done in full screen experience like an installer etc. has inadvertently launched it).

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

The goal is to run games at max on a 4K (HDR) TV, in a case small enough to sit in an entertainment center (it's pretty open-air right now but I'd rather not that be a requirement for the thermals).

I've been out of the PC gaming world for a while now, and so don't know as much about building as I used to, which is why I'm looking for some guidance here.

I decided to put together an inspiration album of the S/S collections of my favorite designers. Just like last season, I had to wait on Tom Ford to release his collection before I could publish it (unlike last season, he didn't let me down...the collection is great).

So, I've read that my Mac (early 2011 Macbook Pro 15") shouldn't be compatible with handoff/SMS from an iOS device, due to lack of BLE. The settings menu seems to confirm this (lack of "allow handoff" option in general)

However, there's two oddities...one being that when I search handoff in the settings menu, it highlights the "general" section and says the setting is in there (suggesting it's buried, but just not shown in the UI). Plus, when I relaunched messages just now, it asked me to set up SMS forwarding...I did, and now handoff for SMS works (I can send messages via text message to my friend on an Android phone using Messages).

Is the SMS thing available on computers where the rest

As the title says, I'm seeing my Android Wear "app" continue to try to connect to my Moto 360 (which I no longer have) even after uninstalling the Android Wear app. Upon inspecting the process, it's coming from Google Play services.

Anyone else seen this/know how to stop it?

My 360 is on the way (should be here tomorrow or so), but I'm strongly considering going back to iOS with the iPhone 6. My plan right now is to wait until the Nexus 6 is shown off so I can consider all the available hardware (and hopefully see how current stuff is performing once L gets put on it) before making that decision.

However, in the meantime, I want to be able to play with my 360. So I'm wondering what the outlook of the resale market say 1-2 months down the line is?

Basically...if you were to put yourself in the shoes of someone looking to buy a used Moto 360 in November-December, how much would you pay for one?

I've called twice and been told both times that it's been escalated and that it'd take 24 hours, but I'm sitting here now 3 full days after the first call with no update whatsoever. I have no idea when I'm getting this thing, if at all, at this point.

Earlier today, Tom Ford released his S/S 2015 collection (or rather, lookbook...no doubt you can't purchase any of this yet). Out of all the lookbooks he's had in recent years, this one looks like it's the one that MFA would like the most, so I figured I'd throw it up here for inspiration/discussion.

Some really cool stuff, IMO, and several looks that are kind of slightly different takes on the kind of aesthetic MFA often recommends/prefers.

One of my pairs of Glass updated itself to XE 17.3 this morning, and custom (not in the official list of approved phrases from Google) launch phrases for the "OK Glass" menu don't seem to work any more. The exact same project, deployed to my XE 17.2 pair, still works perfectly fine, but on XE 17.3 it no longer functions (even with the development permission in the manifest file). I tried a couple other phrases just to make sure it wasn't a change in the detection (I'm using a name in my launch command, and as such it's not technically an English word), but even a plain, pure English, action-phrased command no longer functions.

I'd really like to see the app updated for Windows 8.1 so that it works in split view. Its usually not too much work but it depends on the way the app is built.

Does anyone know if with the most recent beta update, we're able to party chat with non-beta friends? I'm trying to figure out if the problems we're having are because of a NAT problem or because I'm in the beta and he's not
