I've tried almost everything except for 'topical accutane', as i can understand creams like retinol-a are basically same composition.

Thinking to give it a shot before taking accutane itself.

So i basically suffered from acne since middle school, it drastically affected my social life. Thanks to my fathers genes passing this shit to me.

So for a while i regretted not taking accutange at 19 to live freely from acne.

With age my pores stopped producing as much oil and my face at most part cleaned itself.

But now i have mid-severe acne on my back/chest/shoulders and few appearing pimples on sides of the neck.

I was pumped and ready to take accutane few weeks ago, but after reading all the side effects here and on web, im not sure again.

I'm desperate right now, losing my hairline at 24 very very rapidly, with my head shape, i cant afford to go bald, it will be death sentence for everything.
