Hey guys, starting June i have been experiencing issues with Instagram Phantoms. Profile scraper and post scrapers. They are very slow and use a lot of data suddenly. Anybody experience the same issues ? Any workarounds ?

My wife passed unexpectedly little over a year ago. As of 3 months I'm experiencing random but frequent anxiety, like I'm about to faint or disassociate, which is uncharacteristic. I got a blood test and EKG done, all ok. Anybody else have issues with anxiety? If so how are you dealing with this without medication (not interested) ?

Little over a year now since she is unexpectedly gone leaving me and our 2 1/2 yr old behind. I have been doing what is expected of me ( working, therapy, etc...) But I have mostly been getting by via avoiding and living in the surreal state of it all. All my life I would consider myself a happy person, I don't think I have ever really felt bad before. My wife passed away unexpectedly 2 weeks ago. My 2.5 yr old son and myself are in therapy for it. I'm wondering now what my shortcomings as a Dad would be. I show my son a lot of physical affection, dedicated play time, take care of everything. Am I missing something unique that women provide ? I'm starting to worry that women can provide something men can't and am wondering if I should start looking for a female partner, so my son dosent grow up without any deficiencies if that's the closes word I can find. I want the best for him.
