I'm overweight (No scales in the house I will try get a weight scale at some point) and I really want to get fit but I find it really hard to keep the kind of dedication to do 20min on my treadmill a day.

I normally eat 3 sausage rolls for breakfast when going to school and I know that's really unhealthy, but I also heard it's really unhealthy to skip breakfast.

So If I did the normal method, I'd eat no breakfast, and I'd have my first meal on my second lunch and my dinner at 8. This seems really hard but I could try giving it a go (if my grandparent doesn't complain too much about me not having breakfast)

I feel like this could have good effects in weight loss cause with th

First off, I'd like to recongize how much this show has helped addicted people change and a happy ending is definitely a great thing for that, but from a cinematic standpoint.

I feel like the last episode should've been it, bojacks (maybe another unpopular opinion) last attempt to control someone in his suicide and he should've died there. I think it should've ended with bojack lightly crying, and Diane saying simply "are you ok" and bojack never getting to answer. To let the audience draw their own conclusions on whether or not he finally accepted his death.

No follow ups, now "where are they now" because this is it, the bojack show and it ends with a struggling addict going to his past w

Kinda just decided to quit all that and I didn't miss it at all, It's much harder trying to quit stuff like takeaway.

Not sure if text posts are allowed I am just proud of myself for quitting unhealthy drinks to get healthier.

Sorry if this is a bit to ask, but I've only seen the anime and I'm just wondering if someone can summarize how to manga goes (I think the anime is accurate to season 1 ( episode after kei's cover is blown), even a few bullet points are fine I'm just wondering.

Anyone else have this weird thing were and kind of nsfw but yeah you like porn of the same sex (I don't think that's nsfw for a sub about sexuality but if it is I will put it nsfw) and even though it seems like if you like that you aren't pretending or are secretly straight but still have those thoughts and I suffer from that and it really annoys me, anyone else share something similar?

Also I think I'm bisexual but when I think of guys I get way more flustered and girls are kind of eh so that puts me in a whole state of what if I'm just gay :/

A while ago I was questioning that I had been gay because I wasn't bothered by naked men and I kinda enjoyed that kind of content, but after a while I completely stopped liking it and I found myself liking women nsfw content, now I like men nsfw and I'm not so interested in women nsfw.

Is this the talked about bi cycle, if it is it's not so nice :(

Hate how there is people on the forums calling lgbt "Political" or that it's just about sex. First off the sale could just be a game with a gay character, and second off someone should tell them that it's kind of more like a community at this point, that is based on sexual orientation.

So many gamers are weirdly afraid of lgbt topics.

Little jokes about gay people (also applies to people of other race) that there aren't any REAL straight same things to.

I mean gay jokes are fine but it's really annoying that there are so many jokes about minorities, and they are usually the butt of a joke.

Never considered any of these jokes before I was apart the LGBT community but it feels kind of unfair that there are so many gay/black jokes but hardly any straight jokes, cause it's the default (which is also a thing that feels like it's impossible to change but kind of unfair in a way)

I know when he is older he will actually understand (hopefully) but for now it really pisses me off cause I know how much you trans guys and gals have to go through :/
