- and what it means to be tempered?
I have been seeing waaay to many misconceptions about this, ruining interesting theories and debates that could be happening with just 'but Middy sealed our connection so it's not possible!' so let's make this clear:
-Blessing of Light is the power WoL gains by obtaining the 6 (astral?) elemental crystals during our journeys in ARR, which gets severed by Midgarsormer, and WoL gets it back again by the end of Vanilla HW by regaining connection to all the crystals. As far as we know, it's just a power up that makes the WoL superhuman-ish strength wise, and is what defines them as a Warrior of Light.
-We don't know much about the Echo, but
... instead of this Esuna communism all over again. Also Shroud of Saints and Luminiferous Aether. And do the same thing for other classes as well now that they have basically given up on role actions. Those animations already exist, I would love to get back the class flavors.
If you are someone who has already used the Free login week which required a month of inactivity, you can still use the Callback campaign as well if it's been three months since you last actually subbed, because the free login doesn't flag your account as active.
I have seen some discussion about this when the callback campaign initially launched, but saw no one confirm the possibility to stack them and could confirm myself only just now. Hope it turns up useful to someone o/
We all know Elidibus is all about the balance, on the Source and the Shards. He is fighting us because he wants to push back the Light on the Source, but we shouldn't forget it was also him that herded the Warrior of Darkness' from the First all the way to the Source and mislead them to wreak havoc to force Hydealyn's hand so that she would strive to pull back the Light before it consumes the Shard and prevents the rejoining.
The fact that he realizes that we are being called, doesn't stop to inquire and stays firm on his decision in killing us, is baffling. Quite unlike the Elidibus we have been presented with so far, the manipulative behind the scene villain who deliberates every decision
On rewatch, I noticed that when jester asks her mom if she wanted to go see the gentleman in zadash, the Ruby seemed not only hesitant but visibly scared? Not at the prospect of meeting him but because she would have to leave the chateau. Or maybe she can't leave the place quite literally. Is she that scared of something out there or is she magically bound to this place..? There is a lot to dig in here. Or maybe I'm looking into to deep : P
I think that her isolation is a far more grave situation then what Jester had to live through. That also gives a lot more meaning to her wishful elopement with Jester's father, as it might not have been just an escape from her profession/ patrons.
I have one 44 euro seat for the Saturday show on 25 August, but I am unable to go due to being sick. Would anyone be interested in taking the ticket off my hands?
I hope it's alright to post this here.
Hello! I find myself in a predicament and honestly don't really know where to seek counsel or information, so I hope that some of you might be able to give me some useful advice about my uh quite messy situation.
I'm an EU citizen living in Germany for some years now. I'm in my mid twenties and at a point of my life where I'm regretting my teenage years decisions, and I'm trying to do something about it. So here's what I'm looking into:
- I'm 'technically' a high school dropout, but I'm always in doubt how that actually translates on paper, specially in Germany. I have completed 4 years out of 5 of HS in Italy, which is technically the 12th year of school overall (and I finished obligator
So this one thread about open dungeons got me thinking yesterday about actual ways this two things could be tied in together, encouraging players to go back to zones regularly so...
What if participating in certain content in the overworld zones would somehow enhance the next time you do a dungeon? For example, killing certain NMs either as hunts (effort > looking for it) or as fates (time > waiting for spawn) will drop certain key items that unlock optional features in the dungeon associated with the zone. These key items could either be semi-rare drops or guaranteed drops with max credit.
It can be something simple like a NM in lochs dropping a 'Key' that can be used to open a secr
I know how frustrating it must be to not be able to progress through the new expansion just as you start dipping your feets into it. But please please don't keep complaining about the content being gated by story or the story quests having long solo instances. That's not the issue.
The story is the content, and the instances are the best part of it. The new ones we have been getting are even better then the ones we had! And all the amazing cutscenes! Would this game be the same if they start removing all of that? How else should they pace the dungeons and trials if not through the story they are tied into? How would have you raised the stakes for your character if not through an insta
I googled around and found some old posts telling to prioritize crit and det, which I did, but then it seems like my acc suffers a lot (playing as a Bard). Also after getting the whole garo set, it has decent det/crit but too much useless skill speed and no accuracy at all. And with the syncing down to 150 ilvl, I have a hard time figuring out what to wear. Any advice?
Is it me or there are structures being added to costa del sol? Havent been here in awhile and many things seem new. If they are making changed in preparation for swimming/stormblood and moonfire event, it's pretty amazing o:
I wish the matchmaking worked better then this; it's pretty apparent that I am getting matched with mostly beginners because the decks lack structure, offer little to no challenge as opponents, and most obvious of all they stop to read every single card you play (even when they are playing the same faction as you and probably should know the cards!). I start loosing the energy to play at all after a hefty number of easy wins.
I also feel sorry for them because if they get paired with much experienced players they don't get to advance either.
