###Welcome

IF YOU DON'T MEET THE MINIMUM ACCOUNT AGE AND KARMA THERE IS A 99.9% CHANCE YOUR POST WILL BE REMOVED AND MODMAILS IGNORED

We are an inclusive community based on pride and support. Ask, share, discuss.

LINK/POST FLAIR: How do I apply Link/Post Flair? (Old Reddit) | How do I apply Post Flair? (New Reddit)

USER FLAIR: What is user flair? | How do I apply User Flair? (Old Reddit) | How do I apply User Flair? (New Reddit)

RULES:

NO HATE (Or divisive politics)

No incivility, bigotry, judgment, trolling or malice of any kind.

Break down the gender binary. Do not reinforce it.

Do not share/proliferate hate speech (from keyboard bigots, news outlets, etc.). Refrain from politics. Try r/LGBTnews instead, if you must. Political discussions will be heavily monitored. No abusive language. No fear-mongering material. No doomers. No paranoia. No divisive propaganda. No stoking anxiety.

Mods will use discretion in removing toxic content.

NO SOLICITING

To promote your blog/channel/business, send us a ModMail for approval.

NO UNDERAGE

Underage users, please use r/LGBTeens (160k+), r/GayBroTeens (11k+), r/BisexualTeens (137k+), or r/teengirlswholikegirls (12k+) for advice.

NO UNAPPROVED SURVEYS/POLLS

Researchers with non-redundant studies, send us a ModMail with a URL to the full content of your survey, institution name, and what exact text you wish to post.

If your request is ignored, consider r/askLGBT, r/askGSM, r/LGBTstudies, and r/SampleSize. (FYI: r/LGBT, r/ainbow, r/GayMen, r/lesbian, and r/askGayMen do not allow them.)

Polls are disabled because they tend to be very invasive or very shallow. If you have a poll idea, send us a ModMail.

MODERATOR DISCRETION

If our above rules do not perfectly cover a conflict that arises, we moderators reserve the right to remove any post/comment that could potentially cause harm or does not fit within the spirit of the community. This includes low-effort and gay-unrelated posts. This varies from mod to mod. See the subreddit sidebar for more subreddits. No unapproved meta. If you have any questions, please send us a ModMail. Thank you for the pleasure of serving you 🙏
