If the .52 Gal is my shooter main, the Carbon Roller is my roller main, the Zink Mini Splatling is my splatling main, and the vanilla slosher is my slosher main... then the Custom Blaster would be my Blaster main.

It's one of the best support weapons out there. Point sensors and bubbler are an amazing kit, and so helpful for this weapon. Because you can splat people around corners, you can weed out those people trying to hide behind or on a wall just by throwing a point sensor and firing away. Plus, you aren't completely in-face like the Luna Blaster, so you can afford to keep your distance, and the blast radius is forgiving enough that you can still forego some misses. It's an absolute beast in tower control, and while it is overshadowed by the luna blasters, it is still one of the best support weapons out there.

BUT WHILE IT IS A GREAT SUPPORT WEAPON. You are also given the liberty to go in and go kamikaze. By charging a bubbler you can cause an early push and play with a little more recklessly knowing you have that "get-out-of-jail-free-card" with one click of the right stick. By lobbing point sensors you pressure your opponents even more. So, it's really up to you how you can choose to play this weapon.
