Lore Power Level Analysis: Wukong, the Monkey King

What’s up guys it’s me KatarHero (or Hyper10sion) back with a flurry of Lore Power Level assessments of the newly updated Vastayans: Ahri, Rengar, Nami, and Wukong. This particular analysis focuses on Wukong, but the rest you can find at the end of the post, along with the unupdated lists and the previous assessments.
You guys know the drill at this point, I am going to analyze Wukong in five categories: Makeup, Physical Abilities, Magical Abilities, Weaknesses, and Feats. I will then place him into one of my five tier lists, explaining the placement as well.

#Wukong, the Monkey King

Makeup: Wukong is of the Vastayan race, a species of shapeshifting animal-human hybrids, in tune with the magicks of the world. To be specific he is of the Shimon tribe, ape-like beings who usually abhor violence, avoid human interaction, and turn to stone on death so to be useful to the world in which they lived.

Physical Abilities: Wukong is a physical specimen to behold, with great strength and speed at his disposal due to his Vastayan status. He is fast enough, while focusing, to outspeed Yi, who can move faster than the human eye could register. He is strong enough to knock a man out with a single blow. His fighting style is similar to that of a prankster, weaving in and out of sight while taunting an opponent the whole time, like a fanboy arguing the Goku vs Superman debate.

Magical Abilities: With his update, the only magical things about Wukong are his staff and his body when he dies. As previously stated Shimon turn to stone on death, and Wukong’s staff can extend and contract at will. His previously magical clone ability is now just him throwing a plant that causes a mist that he uses as a distraction for escape.

Weaknesses: Like any Vastayan, Wukong is not invincible. A well placed strike will send him to meet Harambe, and his arrogance gets him into trouble more often than not. One such example is the time he was hit with a knife in the shoulder because he did not see them hanging from a bandit’s sash.

Feats: Wukong has outsped Yi, the fastest non-magical human in Valoran, and managed to defeat him in combat. He beat five opponents at the same time, only being his with a punch once or twice. Yi is the only one to ever best him in combat, and is skilled enough in Wuju to be granted the title of Wukong.

#Summary:
The Monkey King is a highly capable warrior, cunning fighter, and kind of a dick. He has great speed at his disposal, but his lack of strength related feats and magical abilities keep him out of the Magus tier. As much as I love this champion, climbing the ladder of the Tier list is something he can monkey see, but not monkey do.
Tier: Mortal Tier (Inhuman Subtier)

Did I overrate Wukong? Did I underrate him? Talk to me about it in the comments. If you want to see the original lore power levels, they are: God, Transcended, Harbinger, Magus, and Mortal
And here are my other assessments: Galio Xayah Rakan Ahri Nami Rengar
