Here are a bunch of useful links, including studies, threads, documents, and articles, that validate transgender identity
Collected all of these over the course of a few months from various places. There's probably a lot of overlapping articles.
Might be helpful to you all, and it'll be useful to me to put it all in one place rather than scattered around on saved posts and browser bookmarks. I'll probably keep on adding to it in the future.
Megathreads/documents, hundreds of sources in them total
This document has hundreds of sources in here itself. My favourite one
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ArvGPAvYmZCGmBRGrRiFMuLZMyWaxGNBSt_1P9FNvwg/edit
These ones are but less focused on trans people/more focused on specific things and have much fewer sources.
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KxCxhpj1CAOr8CzWow-rUeBZig6q6n49x3MPdFXhzL8/edit
Reddit threads with loads of sources as well. Some of these are super comprehensive.
https://www.reddit.com/r/asktransgender/comments/niojcy/here_are_a_bunch_of_useful_links_including/gz4awru (it's a comment chain on this post, thanks u/ray25lee!!!)
https://www.reddit.com/r/asktransgender/comments/niojcy/here_are_a_bunch_of_useful_links_including/gz4pn0l/ (another one by u/ray25lee about the various gender identities in different separate cultures)
https://www.reddit.com/r/musicotic/comments/8ttud4/a_comprehensive_defense_of_trans_people (r/musicotic seems to have a lot of resources on its own. check it out. thanks u/EighthSin!)
https://www.reddit.com/r/asktransgender/comments/8vo33r/my_master_list_of_trans_health_citations_in/
Useful single sources
Here's a few extra links. Some of them are probably just repeats from the documents/reddit threads.

Useful single links, not exactly sources
I'm sure everyone has been on this one before. Despite that it can be taken as slightly transmedicalist (though I really do feel that it was just because of poor wording from the author), it's really good for helping cis people understand and helping trans people crack. I'll remove it if needed, though. One of my favourite links http://genderdysphoria.fyi
Honestly, just almost all of Contrapoints' videos relating to trans people really helped me figure out myself and trans issues, and seem to be put together well. If someone's interested in learning about trans issues as well as debunking a lot of wrong claims, definitely show them her channel and a few vids. https://youtube.com/c/ContraPoints (There are probably a lot of other YouTubers as well but she's the only trans one I really watch.)
This is about the toupee fallacy, which points out the stupidity of "Trans people never pass, I can always tell when they're trans" https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Toupee_fallacy
I linked a quiz where you had to guess if the person was trans or not to help disprove that, but according to others it wasn't as hard as I thought. There are probably other and better quizzes that shouldn't be too hard to find.
Though showing someone the top posts from r/MTFSelfieTrain, r/FTM, and r/transtimelines would also work.
This is a website with probably all information related to HRT for transfeminine people. Apparently the main author also helps maintain most of the trans medicine articles on Wikipedia. https://transfemscience.org (Thanks u/AnxiousNoun!)
Useful discussion threads
Here are some thoughtful discussion threads/comments on reddit that might help people understand, as well as help you argue against some misconceptions.
https://www.reddit.com/r/JoeRogan/comments/n37174/caitlyn_jenner_says_it_just_isnt_fair_for/gwoznll (I know it seems weird considering the subreddit, but I really like how this person put it)
https://www.reddit.com/r/asktransgender/comments/mhgwxu/question_about_giving_puberty_blockers_to/
https://www.reddit.com/r/asktransgender/comments/nd87l4/am_i_brainwashed_into_being_trans/gy96gad/
https://www.reddit.com/r/asktransgender/comments/neyapv/if_theres_no_difference_between_a_man_and_a_woman/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share (This is my own thread, and the answers I got were really great, especially the top one)
https://www.reddit.com/r/MtF/comments/nekz0s/for_those_worried_about_wanting_to_feel_like_a (This is specifically for transfems to feel validated as women. Thanks u/bleeding_paryl!)
Brain differences
These are quite a few articles about the brain structure of trans people similar to cis people of their true gender.
https://www.reddit.com/r/u_prettycool-throwaway/comments/niz1vw/
PS: These are from a transmed thread that someone linked (which is also why I didn't just link that post), but the links seem to be just about being transgender generally, not specifically about their "you need dysphoria to be trans". I'll remove them if needed.
However, the idea of "gendered brains" seems to be fairly controversial, and not entirely proven. Here's an article on it. I'll try to find other sources later. https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-019-00677-x
So take links about them specifically with a grain of salt.
Islam/Pakistan
These are links specifically related to my situation in Pakistan, and with Islam. Feel free to use them if you're in a similar situation.

Hope this is helpful, also double check the links before you send them anywhere if you can in case I've made a mistake somewhere. I don't think I have, but apologies if that's not the case.
edit: holy shit formatting a long post on mobile is such a pain
