Buying an off the plan townhouse in Melbourne and was thinking of getting an interior designer/decorator to furnish the house. Only thing I am planning to bring over from my current rental is the fridge, washing machine, and dryer. Trying to see if I can fit in a small home office setup as well.
Is a 20k budget for furnishing the 3 bedroom house realistic? Including kitchen, blinds, etc. Hoping to have furniture that lasts a long time. Budget isn't that tight but just trying to be careful of how quickly costs can add up.
Is it worthwhile for me to get an interior decorator based on my budget? And roughly the price range it would cost.
And any recommendations. Thanks!
Hi, playing on hard. There have been several times where I am on a quest, all members within the level range, have all the light flowers and debris cleared, all chests open, crew assisted if any, have all monsters killed (except ressurected) and have no dark areas on the map. And yet clock would still be at 90+% instead of 100. What exactly contributes to the clock?
Was using bullethell gunner in standard run, tried to do both Bravely Default and Solo achieves. Did not pick up any spells through a pacifist clear (incl. Terrable) and got the Bravely Default achieve but did not get the Solo achieve? Had an 3x upgraded Bomb Toss, multiple artifacts, and was still on M3 Triwing (did not change weapon).
How do I unlock those? I've so far beaten pacifist neutral and 2loops on mainly saffron and selicy, do I have to unlock all the character alts first?
Hi, finished the tutorial/prologue hours ago, and am starting as the female knight. But I've so far died every single time (5+) leaving the town to wolves or bandits. There seems to be no escape from enemies that are way out of my league (bears), and seems to be no way to tell just how strong enemies are (certain bandits at point of interest). Moose are also somewhat rare to find, so money is also tight. Am I supposed to grind on wolves one by one till level 2/3 or just sneak past everything to my first contract?

Q: Ever since taking over as director in July, is there any new content that you can tell us about?
Okada: Our direction remains the same, which is to create an action RPG that is easy to play, with smooth controls and good character development. However, there are still some parts of the game that we feel that is not as comfortable to play as it should be, and we also feel that the amount of content in the game is not enough yet, so as the new director I would like to work on these areas of the game.

Sabnock nightmare was the hardest nightmare we've gotten so far, so I was thinking it would be helpful to remind myself on the mechanics in sabnock nightmare.
TLDR; If you did sabnock nightmare previously, you will remember charge canceling and baiting, baiting the nightmare vortex away from the middle, spamming FS and breaking right hand -> left hand. And it inflicts curse.
While sabnock astral will likely not be as hard of a dps check as nightmare, it's possible that master astral will hit just as hard as nightmare. And that worries me a lot, because if it does, it will be the hardest master astral so far.
Mechanics:
Charges: Sabnock charges across the room, giant
Saw a few discussions so I'm here with the math, go down all the way for TLDR.
Any use of seconds are manually timed with melody while hitting king fafnir.
Any use of junlico calculator to match stats have the facilities messed around with to match b1ue's simulator.

2940str RR Bellathorna melody personal dps with C5C5S1 C5C5S1 C5C5S1S3 = 1094+ 385 = 1479
C5C5S1 takes 9 seconds, at 3500 team DPS = 1046
at 5000 team DPS = 1495
total 2940 str Melody DPS at 5000 team DPS = 2975

This guide is more of a compilation of the information we have now regarding nightmare, I'm expecting some debate over some of the points, and I will update this guide if new stuff is discovered.
This will include tricks you can do, recommended standard setups, alternative setups (bleed) and budget set ups.
Important tricks to know:
Force striking (FS): Sword force strike spamming (1hit->FS or 2hit->FS) are the best way to drive down the overdrive gauge of the boss (OD).
It's important to keep force striking the boss in overdrive to drive down the OD gauge. You can save skills to use if you are almost about to break.
When the boss breaks, the boss s
