As the title says I wake up every hour pretty much and when I am sleeping I have vivid dreams. I go to a sleep specialist, I don't have apnea or any other obvious problem. I've tried most common medications for this including some anti-depressants. Some things help but not entirely and some stuff works for a while and then stops working. I'm really just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems and has had any out of the box ideas that might help. I feel like next on my list is too try hypnotherapy or acupuncture or something.

Who's seen it? What do you think? I just watched the pilot and was really disappointed. I loved the film but they basically sanitized it massively. Everyone is starving in the tail end but still seem to be working together without incident. It's a shame for me as it's such a unique set up but I don't think I'll be carrying on.

With the new year I'm looking to meet some new friends in Paris. Is anyone interested in going to folk/indie gigs? (Some I've got lined up as an idea of my tastes are big thief, the big moon and Jeffrey Lewis). I'm M30 been in Paris 2.5 years.
