I'm having troubles with Spacecraft designing.

I'm looking to color code the continents of the world a certain way for a project and I was hoping for a tool to help me do that.. Any one know of anything?

We got a call about someone trying to hack my computer and how he can help. This is how it went. He had a thick accent so I can't be sure.

If there was World War III and there were two sides and then those two sides became nations combined. What would we be looking at? Where would the world powers side and what about the continents? Would they break into different sides? (Australia, Africa, Asia, etc). Would NATO and Warsaw Pact stick together?

Open ended question. Feel free to answer how you wish even suggesting it's impossible or there would be 3 or 4 sides?

I'm running windows 7 on a custom built computer that is about 3 years old.

My Antivirus keeps telling me it's been turned off (Symantec Endpoint). The basic windows protecting also turn off.

My windows theme changes and I can't change it back.

I've blue screened about 4 or 5 times.

It takes too to boot up and turn off.

Sometimes I have to turn it off and on a few times to get it working.

I would suspect a virus if I didn't have Symantec protection and ran weekly scans that only ever turn up small time things. I wouldn't rule out that there is a Virus but I would put much money on it.

The computer's problems are degrading and I fear of it reaching a point of uselessness.

Title. If they two ships were in space. One stationary, the other moves forward and jumps to FTL/Hyperspace. Assuming they are very close, would it damage the ship not going to FTL/Hyperdrive? Would both be damaged?

Just finished Education and can build universities but I just settled a new city and it needs a library.

I'm in a desperate need for science!!

Should I buy a library in a new city(1 population) or a university in a older city(9 population)?
