I’m currently interning for a local city in their utilities department and the internship will last until I graduate. So I’ll have a year of intern experience when I graduate.
I have a pretty light schedule for my upcoming senior year. If I add 3 classes ( one full semester class and 2 half semester classes) I can graduate with an undergraduate GIS cert, although the classes themselves don’t seem worth it as I feel like I am learning more from my internship. How much would it really help on a resume?
Note: My current major is Information Technology
At lolla. Is he a fan of short track racing or something?
What’s steps would I have to take to attempt to unionize my fc?
So I badly wanted VTO for tomorrow. I went on the app and checked for VTO right at the time it would normally go if they sent me a notification. Only I didn’t get a notification, but there was VTO available and I took it. Do you only get VTO notifications if it’s directly from your department?
I’ve never worked at a place where so many people reverse into their parking spots instead of pulling in head on. Are you guys trying to prove you’re good at at least one thing in life lol.
Can take a leave of absence for personal reasons for the entire month of December if I submit it before the start of peak season? My peak season starts on Black Friday and ends December 23rd. I understand that I’d have to wait 15 days to start the leave but if I submit it tonight, can I still get it?
I guess if it matters, I want to take this month off because of the pandemic and rising cases in my area.
I have ordered the iPhone 12 mini and am trading in a iPhone XR 64 GB. But I got an email today saying my order is my on the way and that the phone I need to send is a iPhone XR 128 GB when the return kit comes. Do I need to worry about changing it or will it not matter?
I did a new line with the iPhone mini on us deal.
Is there a way to talk to another academic advisor if mine is out of the office for the week? I got an automatic email response I was given emails to Faculty Advisors who I emailed and said they can’t help me and that I need to talk to my Academic Advisor.
For one of my classes I have to pay $300 for an access code. The worst part is that they don’t even warn you about it. When I registered for the class, it didn’t say anywhere that I was going to have to pay an extra $300 for an access code, no warning. I took classes in the summer that didn’t charge anything for their digital books but this class wants to charge $300 for it and I can’t even keep it forever, you only get it for 24 months. I don’t recall any physical books costing anything remotely close to that.
My biggest gripe is that there is no warning of this when you sign up for the class. I have to imagine some people may not be able to afford to pay that much for an access code, es
