I am STILL unable to play the Settlers 7. Most of the Maps in Map Forge are locked because the DLC that I bought AND PAID FOR is unavailable due to server issues?? Are you going to (a) Fix it or (b) give me my money back as I can no longer play the game I paid for.

Waypoint manager.
-Create waypoints and sort them into categories.
-Mark waypoints as visited.
-Calculate distance to Sol.
-Calculate distance to current position.
-Export waypoints as .csv file.

I am an Oldie in an environment where I can't use a Microphone, and my hand eye co-ordination is not the greatest, ha ha. I wanted to use voice attack with the EDDI program for Elite Dangerous to control keyboard commands. I have programmed the commands into an old iPad using a program called Touch Portal, which is simple to use even for a PC Illiterate like me.
So, I haven't used steam for a while, I tried to log in and SteamGuard says I need a verification number to login, we will email you, no email, five hours later about twenty tries no email, OK I'll ask Steam for help. I check my email address, it says I'll send you an email to check that it's you, half a dozen tries later, no email. I then fill out this long form proving who I am and say I can't log in because Steam won't send me an email and submit it to Steam Help. Steam says, WAIT FOR IT, we'll send you an email to verify that it is really you. Guess what???? No FUCKING EMAIL EVER ARRIVES. So how can I get into my account?
My Anno 1800 just updated, but I can't find anything about an update on Anno Union. Anyone know what this would be??
Edit :- I just Verified my files. Ubi said some were corrupt and replaced them. Took about 20 minutes. Tried to play the game, Ubi said I need to update my files, now it's downloading 22.91gb of Data??????
There are some very strange legendary items? What does "Everything Attracts Animals" do? Or "Shitty Fields"? And how about "Yukon Gold Potato Farm"??? No more Gold mines just grow gold in your potato farm and harvest it with your "Electric Potato Harvester" ??
