I've been using Fay Nutrition for about 2 years. I found out my dietitian died several weeks ago. I am still getting appt reminders. it's so messed up and heartbreaking to receive the reminders.

apparently about a year ago they switched their customer service to AI. there is no way to contact them to let them know about her passing. I've tried every way I can think of. it's so crazy.

My abuser died. I'm so happy he's dead, can anyone relate?

Trigger Warning: CSA (Child Sexual Assualt)

TW: child SA

I was molested by my dad's dad multiple times between the ages of 4-6 yrs old. I told my mom after I saw "good touch, bad touch bear" at school. I was told to never tell my father because it would ruin him or anyone else in the family. I continued to see my grandpa on family visits, reunions, holidays & pretend that everything was fine for all the years until I was an adult. I tried to believe it never happened but when I was a preteen he would grope me and whisper disgusting shit to me whenever I got close enough.

Now I'm 36. I told my dad 3 years ago. It was the scariest thing I've ever done. After about a month, he shocked me by telling me he already knew the whole time. Ar

Hello! I've been in SA a couple of years now but keep missing out on Battle of the Flowers. I don't really get what this is other than a big parade (maybe that's all it is?). I have a few questions...

  1. Good to take kids to?
  2. Do you need to buy bleacher seats?
  3. Is it just a parade? My kid is coming home telling me there's a carnival or something but i can't seem to find any information online.
  4. Where to you park for this? Do they provide parking if you buy a seat?
  5. Is it just hype? Is it worth going?
  6. Anything else you feel is important to know?

Thank you for the info!!!

I took my car to the dealership for a Recall - Nissan. Unsurprisingly, they did a free Multi-point inspection. All of these repairs are listed as CRITICAL but I'm not sure and I really don't have $2500 laying around to fix all this...

BATTERY TERMINALS HAVE CORROSION - $45

BRAKE FLUID FLUSH - $160

FRONT SHOCKS: REPLACE BOTH LOWER CONTROL ARMS - $1,496

REPLACE OUTER TIE RODS - $445.19

FUEL INDUCTION SERVICE - $200

I'm thinking to take her into my regular place and have them replace the shocks at least (for hopefully cheaper). I'm not sure about the other things. Are they necessary?

Appreciate the help!
