Just got out of early voting at the ivy tech location; when it came time to confirm my choices the paper side of the machine did not change nor show me anything. When I asked for help they said as long as I press the button it will be counted and be fine, I'm just wondering if that is true and if anyone else has had issues with their machines.

Got a nice bonus at work and I've been thinking about upgrading my rig. I have a ryzen 1600 with a 1070ti and a 1080p 75hz monitor. My choices are pretty much between the processor, which I'm leaning towards a ryzen 3700x or a new monitor, obviously I want a 144hz monitor. I just dont know what will be the most beneficial. Is the upgrade to a 3700x worth the cost? What's a decent 144hz monitor?

So this morning my fiance was involved in a mi or accident. Our cat didn't receive any damage but the other car apparently got pretty well banged up. She was making a left turn and just as she was doing so the guy behind decided to try to go into the oncoming lane to pass her, couldn't do it in time and pulled into a fire hydrant. She tried to exchange information but he just yelled at her and took off. So we are pretty young and this is a weird situation do we report this? Would she be at fault?
