I rent an apartment in a complex in Mira Mesa and we were recently hit with a mass burglary of our mail. The guy used a crowbar to break open the collective mailboxes from the back and subsequently took every single person's mail.

He hit two boxes in the lower section of my complex on Jan 14, prompting the community manager to send an email informing us of the crime and telling us to pick up mail from USPS. No mention of a police report or anything.

On January 18th he hit again, this time breaking open 6 additional mailbox stations, including mine. I called the community manager, who then tried to explain to me she already dealt with the situation. It took me 10 minutes to explain to her

My previous boots were size 27.5 Head racing boots, and felt too tight and gave me blisters after nearly every use (they are also 13 years old now). The new Hawx are too big at 28.5, but with the half size insert and thick socks, I'm able to keep my heel from swimming in the boot. Should I see about getting a 27.5 Hawx instead, or will I be ok with just a very tightened boot? Do the Hawx Magna tend to expand a bit with use?

I know very little about the area, so any and all advice will be appreciated!

I'm helping out a refugee family who just entered the US and don't speak English well. We all have a bunch of questions relating to [current events], and it would be very helpful if we could find someone who speaks their language. Priority for them right now is to open up a bank account, does anyone know of any Russian speaking bankers or managers in the area?
