Hi everyone.

Last Tuesday (five days ago) I did an intense workout as someone who doesn’t work out often anymore. I went with some friends and we did stair runs, ran on the treadmill, used the bicycle, did lunges, burpees, and push ups. When I did the stair runs, I noticed my legs feeling like jelly but continued to work out but did it at my own pace instead of with the group. That day and the next, I felt soreness in my legs but that was it. Come Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, I am now unable to bend my right leg and cannot walk without limping. I also cannot sit and lift my leg up while laying flat on my back. I used to be active back in the day (I’m 28 lol but when I was younger), where

Not asking for medical help, I’m asking for advice on how to recover from severe DOMS/a muscle strain.

Today is Friday night; I went to the gym Tuesday. During a workout, my legs felt like jello/very weak. The workout consisted of stair runs (nine flights), treadmill, lunges, burpees, and jump roping. After I was done, they felt tired but there was not much pain. The following day I had a little bit of trouble going up and down the steps, but nothing crazy. Thursday morning, my right leg was in excruciating pain every time I’d go up/down the steps and when I would bend it. It has caused so much pain that I went to the ER today because I pretty much have no mobility in it. When I lay d

Hi all!

I have a Secret Santa exchange coming up with a $20 limit. The co worker I have a is a 40-year-old male who I barely know, since I’ve only been working in my department with him for about 4 months.

This is what I’ve learned so far:

  • Is a dad
  • Likes to work out
  • Likes to cook/likes food
  • Likes K-Pop Demon Hunters—listens to the soundtrack on the way to work
  • Visit Korea/is half Korean I believe; was told he was looking to buy a bunch of stuff in Korea.
  • Likes healthy candy
  • I believe he likes to drink beer
  • Loves cursing
  • Likes Fortnite
  • Is funny/likes humor

So, I bought him a few bags of the candy I heard he likes… but I feel cheap just giving three small bags of

My coworkers barely talk to me

Workplace Challenges and Conflicts

I’m a little over three months into my department now, and work in a new space with new coworkers. A lot of them are extremely close with one another as they’ve been working with each for 2+ years and rely heavily on one another to complete projects. A lot of them even go to the movies together after work—they are that close.

For context, I am 24, the other youngest person is probably around 30 or so. I also have virtually no social skills—important note to add lol. Additionally, we all sit in cubicles that are very high up (I’m short and on multiple occasions people have said they didn’t know I was even sitting there bc they couldn’t see me). I mention cubicles, bc in a way, I feel like t

Hi all,

I’m in my cousin’s wedding and as you read in the title—my dress that is supposed to have a train and be long, now barely has a train and my feet poke literally out. The other bridesmaids sent their dresses in the group chat and have long trains and have their dresses relatively long—even in the front. Mine is not.

I’m afraid to tell the bride that this happened and that there is nothing I can do to fix this. Do you think it will really be that big of a deal? We are all wearing the same dress—black tank top-looking dress that has black sequins all over. Ugh I’m so stressed over this!

Hello!

I am visiting San Diego with friends soon. All three of them want to go kayaking in the La Jolla Cove. Unfortunately at my big age, I do not know how to swim. 😬

I was wondering if it would be safe for me to go as a non-swimmer, as I would be wearing a life jacket. I am nervous and am unsure if I should try it…

Has anyone kayaked there before? If so, is it unsafe for a non-swimmer to try?

Thanks :)

Thoughts? And has anyone else gone kayaking there and did not know how to swim as well?

Thanks :)

For context, my mom passed away 16 years ago (I am 24 right now) and I just started my job a little over a year ago.

My family always takes off of work on the anniversary of her death. Last year I couldn’t because I was brand new to my job and did not earn enough time to take off by that point. This year, I have a lot of time I can use, but I have a be dry important meeting until 3pm tomorrow for something important that is happening at the end of the week at my job. Essentially, I can’t miss it. I told my family that I will leave early—at 3pm instead of 4pm.

My whole family is pissed at me and yeah. I personally do not see anything wrong with my working on that day. Am I sad? Yes, but I

I am 23/f and don’t remember the last time I spent Father’s Day with my dad. He gets to choose when he takes calls for work, and always takes one on Father’s Day—or at least for the past four years or so he has. It just makes me sad.

Background Info

  • My parents never married, but separated eventually
  • Dad abused mom (physically and emotionally)
  • Mom died when I was 8
  • Grandparents raised me; dad lived on his own and would see me from time to time. Would sometimes cancel plans on me without telling me.
  • I talk to my dad but we do not see each other often. Maybe once a month or sometimes over a month.
  • When we do talk though, it’s mostly about him and his job. Doesn’t pay much attent

How to earn free Lvl 50 ZADIE Skin?

:zb1::zb2::zb3::zb4: DISCUSSION

Hi! I’m kind of new to Fortnite. I just reached Level 50 (zero build) and did not receive the skin. Do you have to play a certain mode to receive it or is Fortnite no longer giving it out? Or do you have to be over level 50 to receive it?

Additionally, I just started playing this season of Fortnite about a week ago… so it is not like I was on level 20 or something before they started giving the skin away as a reward.

Thanks for any help!

So I just opened an account with them several days ago. Anyway, I received an email from them today stating the following: We need to speak with you about recent activity on your account. For security purposes, your account is restricted until we speak with you.” With the telephone number 1 (855) 730-7283 at the end—which indeed is GS’s number.

I called them and the lady stated that she couldn’t send an authentication code to my phone. I asked her “why” and she said because my phone doesn’t receive them”. I was like okay? So I answered a few questions. She then asked me a series of questions (which of the five streets have you lived at, which of the cities have you been associated with). A
