Been having this issue for weeks: Outlook.com email address. Emails are not showing up in Junk or Trash. Whitelisted all Patreon.com email addresses. Added their email addresses to my address book. Attempted to contact support and they are unresponsive.
At this point should I kill the PayPal recurring payment and cut my losses? I don't want to quit supporting the creators I'm supporting, but Patreon is making it impossible for me to continue.
