Ragnarok Mobile Archer Guide: Off-hands
Off hands are reserved for mostly defensive stats, but since archers are long ranged, we can get away with putting in offense-oriented gear in this slot. I'll be skipping the purely defensive off-hands in this post for brevity.
Statue of Judge/Statue of Virgin
This off-hand offers the best SP recovery options in the slot. Statue of Judge by itself isn't very good, but completing the Statue of Virgin upgrade offers a big boost in SP recovery. Unfortunately, Statue of Virgin is pretty expensive to craft/buy. This is a good option for skill heavy builds like Trappers and Falconeers.
Recommendation: Trappers and Falconeers can either go for this or Memory Book/Book of Life to help them sustain their skills.
Memory Book/Book of Life
The other option for skill heavy builds, this lowers the SP cost of skills instead of providing more SP regen. Memory book by itself offers quite a big reduction already, but Tier 2 is probably the most efficient offering 10% SP reduction. This is usually used with a pair of Onyx Clips to lower SP cost by 20%. It's either this or Statue of Virgin. I'm not sure which is better of the two but each is likely better on different scenarios.
Recommendation: Ideal for skill heavy builds like Trappers and Falconeers.
Broken Bone Bracer/Skull Bracer
This gets a special mention even though it's a defensive off-hand. It has a chance to double skill damage after using a skill. This works by providing +100% bonus damage on the next attack. Meaning this only works with arrow skills and normal attacks. Not recommended for Falconeers.
Recommendation: Arrow based skill builds (Double Strafe/Arrow Shower/Fatal Arrow/etc)
Bloody Floral Decoration Bracelet/Rose Princess's Bracer
A more flexible off-hand because it applies to both skill damage and white arrow damage. However, most sniper builds incorporate Crit into their builds so it's not as useful for ADL. Trappers, on the other hand, can use this offhand more properly because Traps still deal physical damage despite using INT to determine it's damage.
Recommendation: nice damage boost for Trappers, horrible for Falconeers, and mediocre for everyone else.
Fox Bracer
This off-hand is a great for Blitzers with high base AGI (80+) since the percentage boost has a lot more base ASPD to work with. If you're going to use Fox Bracer, keep it at Tier 3, the final upgrade is useless for Snipers.
Recommendation: Great for people that want to shoot fast like Blitzers who want to trigger Auto-Blitz as much as possible. Could be useful for ADLs that already have high crit damage even without Nile Rose.
Golden Bracelet
A semi-defensive item, I'm only including it for completion. This off-hand adds Flee and Crit Chance and nothing else. There are better places to get Flee like enchants on gear, and 8 CRIT chance isn't really as useful as the other options above.
Recommendation: Choose one of the other offhands above. This item is better suited for Crit LKs or SinXs.
Nile Rose
And finally, the Nile Rose. I saved the best for last. This off-hand is the best piece of gear in this slot for anyone that wants to deal arrow damage. Ibanlendel posted a video explaining the details, but short version is it adds 15% final damage for ranged attacks. That means it takes your attack damage to an enemy and adds 15% more to it. Luckily for newer Archers, this item has dropped in price a lot (used to be worth 4m back in April!) so they can get their power boost sooner.
Recommendation: For ADLs, pick this up after you get either your Tier 3 Crossbow or Mystic Bow. Blitzers that are leaning on bow damage can choose this too over Fox Bracer if they want to have better arrow damage.
