Hey all,
We eloped at the beginning of Feb, as Covid restrictions made it way to hard to plan anything for the year, and we decided to say 'stuff it', and celebrate later. We plan on having a massive celebration, music, Food Trucks and drinks and accommodation once borders open back up. Our family and friends are in NZ, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
Our friends and family have been super generous and understanding, and have blown us away by buying items off our HoneyFund registry for us to experience while living here in Canada. We want to send meaningful thank you's that are personal and hand-written.
One thought I had, was, (now that we have pictures back), sending everyone a
For those who are doing a watching party, I've dusted off and updated an Election Night, Drinking Game 2020 Edition - draft, feel free to comment on it!

The premise: a guy gets dumped. He starts taking photos and making posts on Social Media, and gets more and more likes each time he tries to tailor the pictures or posts to gain likes. He puts on jogging gear, drives to a mountain, then splashes water on his face and pretends like he did a big run to post it. My mum lives in Welly, and I'm in Auckland. As the title says, I'm looking for ways to help recognise Mothers day for her this year, but unsure if Flowers are going to be okay or not in Level 3. Ideas or thoughts? Also, given the delays that are coming up, reminder: If you're having anything sent, get it ordered now before Tuesday and the crazy courier post mayhem.

However, now I have to wait to get my application evaluated in the queue. I have several questions if there are some teachers in the mix who could potentially answer?
- What is the general wait time for getting your TCQ evaluated? The site said 3 months but I am just trying to get a reality check.
- What are the chances of getting a job if I go to the Vancouver Job Fair on 17th of Jan 2020 at UBC? Has anyone been to this in the last 2 years?
- How long do the TQS take to do a sal
I [M34] am back into wedding planning now that my fiance has moved to Canada. I'm just frustrated as we start our journey again, that I now have to give over my email address so that I can get pricing etc for Venues.
My fiance and I have known since last year that she'll (fiance) be moving. Since we have the news, my mother has been nothing but selfish, lamenting that she's losing her son and I have a great job and she's "really worried about our relationship [me and Fiance]". She hasn't offered any congratulations or anything. Today we told the family group chat and everyone has been super supportive but she hasn't acknowledged the message. She has read it though.
My fiance is moving away in 2.5 weeks. It's been on the cards for a while, and as I'm a Teacher, I'll travel to her every 10 weeks or so for my school holidays. My partner and I have been planning how we'll manage the time apart, including h
