Yesterday, while I was out and about, a cluster of wires and a device fell from behind my instrument panel. The device is a GPS vehicle tracker, based on a search for the model number of the device and my experience working in telematics. The device appeared to be on (solid green led light on the device) before I removed it from my OBDII port. I believe this was installed by the dealership I purchased my car from ~2 years ago as they were offering some sort of anti-theft package as an add-on (I declined this package), but the car was pre-owned so there is a chance the OEM dealer installed it. I am in the process of tracking down the original purchase agreement to see if there is any sort of

I have advanced to the "Plunge into the ventilation shaft and become the flagship's blood" part of the quest and not getting the prompt to actually jump in. Tried resetting to an earlier save point and no luck. Am I missing something? I spoke to the burnt man, the dead man, and spoke to Zdena. Followed Zdena to the platform and watched her jump but the prompt for me to jump in doesn't show up.

Didn't start the quest until after defending the Inn so I could not resolve the situation peacefully and I have also completed Starward Gaze. I cannot find the man anywhere outside the temple and back where I first found him (around where you get the first Aeon prompt). Any advice or is this a bug and I am SOL?

I have been out of work since the start of the pandemic and decided late last year to transition into the IT world. Previous work experience was 10+ years in retail and 2.5 years as a 911 communications officer. With that background, I am not sure how valuable the experience of working in a call center style helpdesk role would be and would like something a little more on the technical side of things to start building my experience there. Is there anything specifically I should be keeping an eye on? Currently have ITF+ and working of A+ (1001).

Everyone has to start somewhere and preparing to switch careers has been my Pandemic Project. For anyone wondering, I used both ITProTV and Total Seminars for test prep. Took about ~1.5 months. Of the two I preferred ITProTV and their practice test were substantially better. As for my background, no formal IT training but I would consider myself to be a competent computer user. Now onward start prepping for A+.
