Are there any fellow holotactics players around here? Didn't see many threads about it, anyways:

You should try this out. It's so unfinished/unpolished that it actually becomes hilarious to watch the fights. It is abundantly clear that they didn't play test this minigame very well.

Some observations/anecdotes from my career in holotactics:

Key observation: The AI is both unpredictable and unconceivably stupid, which means that almost any matchup can swing either way. It's not like a 1 cost melee droid is gonna be able to win vs a 10-20+ cost unit in any scenario, but aside from those obvious cases almost anything goes. My most successful strategies pretty much involved putting too weak

Hello, might be a bit of an odd question, but you know all those gazillion fake game ads where you mow down hordes of zombies and pick up upgrades and stuff, are there any of those for real, particularly on console (PS5 or switch)? Looks like a pretty relaxing way to kill half an hour. However, every single one of those games that I have looked up doesn't have gameplay remotely related to what they show in the trailers. It always turns out it's just a copy and paste of the paytowin base builders.

I'm not sure exactly when, but the recent week or so performance and visual quality dropped dramatically for me. When I see the release date of patch 1.07 I get very suspicious that the patch introduced some kind of fuckery that got it busted. Is it possible to roll back to a previous patch on steam to see if this assumption is correct?

I've been playing local coop with my gf for the past few days and we've ran into a whole slew of bugs, ranging from small nuisance to game breaking to the point that we had to restart the level.

Here's some of them:

the void portals are broken as hell. Basically all the puzzles where you need to bounce up and down the void portals to reach an high altitude are like a lottery. The bounce just restarts at the lowest altitude after x jumps sometimes, it's very inconsistent. Strife can overcome this with his aerial dash but war is Sol when this happens.

Getting stuck in invisible walls when doing creative shortcuts. A game where it is this easy to get stuck should have an unstuck feature of

I started sekiro recently and got to lady butterfly. Long story short she handed my ass to me, that's when dragonrot started showing up. Normally in froms games I just furiously keep trying until I win. I'm a fairly slow learner but I am persistent, so I know I'll beat her eventually. The dragonrot thing made me spooked though, and I did something I normally barely ever do: I gave up on her and went somewhere else. Now my question is, will I be somehow majorly screwed if I die a metric crapton? Without spoiling too much, how much can I devastate my playthrough by dying a lot?

I bought ds2:de 2016 iirc. I returned it after a short time due to performance/stability issues, after reading that many others had enormous problems as well. Any possibility the state of the game has been improved? After darksiders 3 I'm planning to revisit the previous titles and figured I'd inject some money into GF games so they make ds 4 :D. But I don't want to buy a busted product so just checking in with your experiences here. Edit* I'm on PC.
