Today I fell in love,
nigh the thousandth time.
This flutter now I write of
Like soft sweet wings of Dove
Yes this day must end,
Though all ‘morrows I’ll spend
Falling in love with you
again, again, and again
Where are those Words?
Those that drained my pens?
That sang my songs to me?
That came, and now have certainly went
The ones that lifted my heart.
Sprung me high enough that
winds welled in my wings
and sun seared my back?
Words from flat-feeling days,
When I'm smaller than my doubts,
When I'm no taller than a mouse,
And gray gloomy days down and out.
Those other, other ones too
When rain drops ran down by back
When clouds coalesced in dark devil forms?
Even those it seems, I cannot find.
Lost are those Words somewhere
Between this paper and this pen.
From times gayer, grayer, and graver
When I felt something then.
Hello r/legaladvice
Never thought I would post here, yet here I am.
I recently went into the dentist to fix a chipped tooth. After a review of my benefits he explained to me that the procedure needed for me to fix my chipped tooth. We highlighted a few areas to go and do fillings in and I thought that was that. I came in, got the work done, was charged for the "procedure" he described as a core build up. Something that is not covered by my insurance. We do the core build up, and fill two other cavities, which were standard procedures that I did end up having coverage for.
I paid out of pocket at the dentist as I believed I wasn't covered. "the cost of good teeth" I told myself. Somewhat g
Old photos of Her.
His souvenirs of serenity,
Tokens of time far away,
A weight heavy in his heart
To see Her in still,
every smile a serenade.
A rose froze in space,
a split-second without gravity.
Her eyes ensnaring his,
ethereal in every sense.
A thousand words within a wink,
A million memories in a moment.
Love turned to longing,
A feeling sicker than at sea.
To be Jealous of the man
that He once used to be.
Remembering turned to regret.
a love lost, His own saboteur.
Yet that love still lives,
in the old photos of Her

There's something soothing,
of an airport's ambience.
Neither here nor there,
Terminals full of transients
Nobody belongs
To these tall halls.
Where stranger's songs
Bounce off walls.
When most places I go
I feel I don't fit in,
Here where no roots grow,
I feel among my kin.
Those not yet home,
But soon they will be.
Will I ever find my own?
A home, just for me?

Winter weather warming flowers
Sunny, breezy, afternoon hours
Sweet do they sing,
those still Spring showers
Cornered by quarantine
waits the world to reconvene
no end in sight, we wait
confined. As the world turns green.
New York City, of all, the master
Bearing burden, devastating disaster.
Yet still you stand and still,
It is us that you look after.
Walking a beach, touched by the sea
Running, rolling, through lush prairie
Of course, all these places
I'd much rather be
Instead I'll take my park bench breeze.
Through the nose, out the mouth, I breathe.
With this I am at peace,
With this I am free.

Here I sit so lonesome
Nowhere to go, no place to be
Usually a welcome
Solitude is getting to me
So far apart you keep us
Hiding at home without a squeak
Oh solitude once my solace,
My fondness of you grows weak
