So I've taken to stealthily recording a lot of my conversations with my nmom. Just maybe for me to have proof of some of the stuff she says and proof of conflicting information she gives and proof of a billion stories she repeats for no reason.
She's been staying with me for a bit between her work runs because she's "homeless" (she says she's homeless but owns a house on the other side of the country and works on a site for multiple weeks at a time). It's been good and we haven't had any fights this run and tonight I've actually coaxed her into telling me things she'd avoided telling me about her past and there was a lot of things that would legit fuck someone up mentally that she went thro
I was over my friend's place recently and she put on a Megan Trainor song on YouTube but the sanity part was the ad. It was an ad for Binge Eating Disorder. I wish I had the evidence.
I have some friends who mention about how it's not the size you are but how healthy you are and any body shaming is bad, be it skinny or fat shaming and all, and that you should have a healthy lifestyle "no matter what your size is".
But... if you DO take on a healthy lifestyle, eat the appropriate amount of calories, get your proper micro and macro nutrients, exercise enough and everything, you wouldn't be oversized...

I also based my calorie intake on a TDEE calculator which incorporated my activity level so I wouldn't be adding in every little exercise t

Oh I am loving that every time I get on a scale (every couple weeks or so) it keeps going down!
100% calorie counting! Now to get my ass in gear and start building some muscle!
Hello!
So 114 days ago I've been diligently tracking every bit of food in MyFitnessPal and although I've still been eating what I want, when I want, I've portioned it all down and use smaller plates to trick my eyes and use my food scale and ate slower as to not over-stuff myself.
I calculated my TDEE (The Scooby website here) and followed that (updated every 5 lbs lost about) and since I'm pretty lazy I've always added in my activity level as with a desk job, because it's very true.
First off, I'm 30, F, 5'1.5 and I started at 156lbs. Getting from 156-150 was extremely difficult because I'd lie about my food to myself, over estimate ex
