I'm feeling pretty ambitious with these back-to-back episodes. Anyway, while there wasn't much to say about the last two states, there is plenty to say about Illinois. The state lost a seat in 2020, leading it to dissolve three seats and create two new ones. The two new ones are both blue, while the three that were dissolved consisted of one blue, one purple, and one red. In addition, Democrats shored up a Trump-Democrat district into a light blue one. I would argue this is the second most unfair map so far, just behind North Carolina. Still, the map isn't all bad, as it does provide a second hispanic opportunity district. (Which is still easy to do on a fair map)
