Hello fellow writers and smut lovers of DPP, I am The Amicable Rainbow. The name is a lot brighter and more innocent than what I am usually into but it holds true to some extent! I’m a rather friendly person as the inclusion of amicable suggests and, as the rainbow part of my name implies, am open to a plethora of different things.

 

###About Me

No one in real life has amicable or rainbow in their name. I keep my online comings and goings completely separate from my real life. What happens here will stay here. You’re free to send me pictures and tell me about your life but don’t expect anything back from me when it comes to that. Even RP is going to be separate to how I chat and talk to you. On the topic of chatting, you can commonly find me lurking around in the IRC under the guise of Tarmobile or TheAmicableRainbow.

If knowing who sits behind the screen is going to be a problem, then I’m probably not the person you want to write with. I’m here to provide words in exchange for words.

 

###Writings

I don’t really have a preference. First person, second person and third person or any other mix you can throw together I am usually on-board with. That being said, I do prefer reddit PMs or Google Docs when it comes to playing things out as well as an IM service if either of us want a more back and forth chat.

Long term is usually what I shoot for, not for every single scene or prompt but I figure if I like your writing and you like mine then may as well keep writing with you. Different stories, same writers.

If you're coming here to see what I look for in replies then it's summed up by a single word: Effort. Put in effort and my own personality would forbid me from leaving you with mere silence, even if it's going to be a disappointing: "Sorry, but feel free to try again on my next prompt."

Finally, speed of writing. I’m a bit erratic when it comes to this but I aim for a reply within about 48 hours. Sometimes you’ll catch me at an opportune time and it’ll be done in minutes, sometimes real life will whisk me away and you’ll be left waiting.

I don’t mind trying out new things, especially if it is a huge turn on for you. So if you do have anything special you want to try out, don’t hesitate to ask. Otherwise you’ll have to sit there with the eternal regret of not getting to play it out in an otherwise enjoyable role play. And you wouldn’t want that to happen would you?

When it comes to myself, I do like experimenting around a little. But I’ll always ask you beforehand, and if you do change your mind or feel uncomfortable I do urge you to speak up as I’ll do the same.

  • What can I call you? - Tar or Rainbow. I don't really mind what you call me, as long as you're respectful about it.

  • Is this prompt still open? (Or any other variation) - If the "Prompt Status:" says Open or if it is under the Active Prompts category, it is still open to replies. For those asking, usually the prompt stays open for about 16 or so hours, so please: Take your time.

  • Can I suggest my own [insert something here]? - Feel free to, although be wary of me declining your offer.

  • What do you want as a reply? - Anything to showcase your writing ability, just saying hello and dropping a few lines as a greeting gives me nothing to go on when it comes to figuring out how you write. Be creative with it!
