The Mo Long counter Advent Calendar - Day 16
https://social-m.withhive.com/customer/notice/30985
The team: Com2uS dev team + Reddit + "Community Feedback"
Usable against: Mo Long + anything
How it works: With enough complaining from Reddit, it's possible to get the Com2uS dev team to actually listen to community feedback and release a Balance Patch nerfing Mo Long to counter him.
Strategy: Use the Balance Patch to render Mo Long useless and incapable of doing anything. If he can't strip and stun, then he can't really do much except insta-killing someone on your team which isn't much at all.
Runing considerations:
Com2uS - Normally runed triple Endure Def/Def/Def with 0 speed to resist change, but use Focus and Accuracy for this team.
Reddit - Any combination of Rage, Despair, and Determination will work.
Community Feedback - Vio is required.
Seriousness factor: ???/10. We'll have to see when the balance patch hits. On a serious note, while Mo Long's S2 is weakened, I still expect him to be a threat and you can bet he is not going away on GWD. His S2 is still capable of doing what it did before (just with a lower chance), and it's still only on a 3 turn CD.
