Quick Update: Colorado Democrat Ed Perlmutter is retiring. This doesn't change any rankings. The old CO-7 would still be Safe D, and the new CO-7 remains Lean D.

This might be the single fairest map this cycle. It was 7R-6D in 2016 and 7D-6R in 2020, achieving perfect proportionality for the past two presidential elections. It also provides plenty of competitive districts. Finally, it has two majority-minority districts, which is roughly proportional. All in all, this is a great map.
